Development Centers has been involved in the Hope Starts Here initiative since it began in November 2016. Together with other champions of Early Childhood in Detroit, we have had a voice in building a framework for ‘Brighter Futures’. The recent announcement  of the $50 million investment from the Kresge and Kellogg Foundations has all of Michigan talking! The framework has been published and is available for download. We are proud of our staff and partner childcare centers and families featured in this publication!
