“Scheduled Recess” is the theme. The idea is to get your body moving at some point during the work day and to disrupt the “sitting at the computer” pattern. For those of you who are on the go all the time throughout the day- your focus should be taking time to slow down and center yourself.
We encourage you all to take 5-15min to stretch, walk away from the desk. Make use of the quiet spaces at those sites where this is available.
