Wellness Activity Scheduled for August is CONSCIOUS RELAXATION
The hope is that you will challenge yourself to take 15-20 minutes each day to just relax. During this time of relaxation you are encouraged to turn off your television, cell phone or remove anything that may be a distraction for you. During this time you should focus on positive things and not all of your “to do lists”.
You could sit and breathe, or take a walk- either way, spend time focusing on just relaxing.
